The US suffered 8 years of neocon legal theorists who even would have set aside Magna Carta. They certainly set aside the US Constitution. Time and again their theories were ruled as bogus.
Now comes this guy Krasner with a new theory for a state that is not a state that has never before existed in history. And his untried theory is called a restricted sovereignty model?
Of course, with no right to control its own border comes denial of any right to say where that border might be or any right to use land within it`s ever-movable border if the use of that land is determined by the sovereign.
