Who is hidding like a chicken, "pragmatic"?
The problem here is that there are several real war criminals walking around in Europe and other areas of the world while a low rank judge in a provincial court room in one of the less developed countries of Europe self arrogate the right to file criminal actions against Israeli leaders. Can any country pursue anyone for any reason? Can the same judge act against general Petraeus for example? What about Dick Chenney?
This attent against basic principles of jurisprudence. Spain was a dictatorship until 1976 and is giving moral lessons?
