"New Order" That isn`t the first time this concept has been tossed around in the Middle East. In order for there to be "New Order" does that not imply that "Old Order" or some semblance of order once existed in this region? I am unaware of old order. Perhaps the term, simply shall be referred to, more accurately, as "ORDER"
