They`ll do fine for whoever ends up living there, Israeli or Palestinian. So will the apartments. Hopefully when Obama turns the screws a bit tighter, even Israelis who want to be able to live in a villa with a garden and pay less than 100,000 dollars for it will maybe have second thoughts about living in the area slated for the second state of the two-state solution. The economy will be biting good and hard by then too.
