Settlement expansion seems to be the default, since this is what the government wants. Even Barak made a sleezy move of approving a settlement in Benyamin to replace Migron. There is no halt to this madness, only smoke and mirrors manipulations that make any peace talks a farce.
What does Bibi plan to do about the Palestinians? Hope they simply agree to be permanantly cloistered behind gates, walls, fences, and bypass roads? Anyone who sees what goes on in the territories would be mad to think that anyone would agree to live under those conditions. Any leader would be insane enough to think his/her people would do it, but our leaders are insane in allowing it to continue.
Bibi had better start thinking how Israel will remain a sovereign state with another few million Palestinians, because that is the path he is choosing.
Make no mistake. This is what we are doing. This is what some of us are doing about it.
