| And when you can match the DNA of the poop (shit) with the DNA of the dog,(how will DNA be taken from dog is not clear,) you can mail the dog a summons to a court on a charge of shitting openly on a public street. Then the dog can be sentenced to pay a fine or go to jail. Hip hip hurray. Brilliant ideas long overdue. There is another possibility, perhaps more effective. Any dog-owner not scooping up the poop will loose the right to own a dog and his dog will be taken away from him. |
