| A committment to serious negogtiation in the spirit of compromise and respect would be beneficial for all Peoples. All would win and the biggest winners would be, those that currently are the biggest losers, the downtrodden. The other insignt provided by the story, beyond "we are losing more than we are gaining", is that there is no more to the strategy. There is no pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
