It is amazing to an American-Israeli to see how the exercise of free speech and satirizing of public figures -- both protected under the democratic norms of the US Constitution -- have no relevance to the Christian and Muslim clergy who live in the closest thing to a free, open society they`ll ever get -- Israel. The free-wheeling, fun-poking and sometimes vulgar displays in Israel`s media are all part of what makes it a free society. I think the Christians and Muslim clergy are just as bad as their Jewish counterparts, and all three should be ignored and, yes, satirized and debunked!
