Just the other day I watched a documentary about the Jews in Portugal and what happened during the Inquisition. There are hundreds of thousands of people in Portugal with Jewish blood today. I am very glad to read about this kosher cheese and hope more Portuguese will return to their roots, rediscover their Jewish identity.
