Well, a case can certainly be made that Israel is acting against Int`l Law by attempting to acquire territory (Golan, WB settlement) that it siezed by force of arms. But I suspect he might be referring to Israel`s frequent resort to arms as a means of imposing its political will upon its neighbours which is, of course, illegal under Int`l Law. NQ: "Who is in a state of war since the founding of Israel?" Why, that would be Israel, who maintained martial law inside Israel between 1949 and 1966. NQ: "who threatens to destroy it?" What, you`re afraid of Hamas? I thought Israel just showed those guys Who Is The Boss.... NQ: "It is you who complains when the murderer is stymied, apprehended, and punished" No, I think most of Israel`s detractors complain about all the collateral damage that it so routinely - and so casually - inflicts..... |
