J: "Instead of posturing for his fellow Arabs, perhaps he should remember that Israel, as a non-signatory to the NPT, isn`t bound by it."

I think you will find he is sending a signal that he wants pressure placed upon Israel to *sign* the NPT.

That pressure can only come from one source, and it certainly ain`t "his fellow Arabs".

J: "How amusing that he blames a non-signatory for the IAEA`s complete failure to enforce its rules on actual signatories?"

Ahem.

Not a single signatory to the NPT has become the possessor of nuclear weapons.

The only states that have developed nuclear weapons are those that were never members of the NPT (Israel, Pakistan and India) or who withdrew their signature to free themselves from the IAEA`s oversight (North Korea).

Because nobody has ever developed nukes while under IAEA scrutiny, or haven`t you noticed, Jordan?
