| Hashemi Rafasjani, the former president of Iran stated (December 2001): ?If one day, the Islamic world is also equipped with weapons like those that Israel possesses now, then the imperialists strategy will reach a standstill because the use of even one nuclear bomb inside Israel will destroy everything. However, it will only harm the Islamic world. It is not irrational to contemplate such eventuality.? Ahmadenijad has vowed to ?wipe Israel off the map.? For MAD to work, you can`t put nuclear arms in the hands of people with these ideologies. MAD is only effective on those who actually value the lives of their own civilians, or their own lives for that matter? Allowing radical regimes to have nuclear weapons is like letting a child molester babysit your daughter. Letting Israel have nuclear weapons is like giving a Jewish boy a gun after six large Arab men just mugged him, twice. The gun is not to kill them, it is to deter them from attacking him again! |
