The IDF is the occupying power in the West Bank.

Article 49 of GCIV states that there is an absolute prohibition on the occupying power forceably transferring the occupied out of occupied territory.

So if a Palestinian has committed a crime against the occupying power then, yes, they can be arrested and, yes, they can be tried and, yes, they can be imprisoned.

But they can not be exiled.

Otherwise, of course, the occupying power can abuse this "right" in order to eject anyone it wants - all it needs to do is make jaywalking or spitting in public a crime "punishable by exile".

Shit, Israel, grow up for once; if you don`t want to release these people back into the West Bank then KEEP THEM LOCKED UP.

Because you have the legal right to do that.

You do not have the legal right to exile them.
