| Would Hamas demand more if they held our Prime Minister instead? Their demands say something about the relative value of a single Jew`s life to his people. If these big shot terrorist prisoners were truly valuable to Hamas it would be the other way around. We would dictate terms for their surrender and complete disarming in exchange for their most valued leader. But it isn?t the case. Hamas knows we value the safe return of the one they kidnapped and Hamas is trying to get as much as it can. The critical point here is to verify that the trade is for Gilad Shalit returned alive. The second critical matter is that these releases won?t result in more spilled Jewish blood. Are either possible? |
