An apology with regard to me stating that Paul Volcker was Jewish, this was based upon a Ynet (Yediot Ahronot) source and I provided a link.
I post in good faith and am more than happy to state that if the source I cited is not considered reliable, that I have erred. The discussions on this site are too important to descend into `edit wars` rather than discussing the real issues.
If a fact or statement is challenged, and a viable alternative is provided, then the original poster can either deny or accept.
I offer a genuine apology and my thanks to the three people who posted a different source and stand corrected. |
