And as you point out, the targets were certainly less than juicy "military" targets.
I`ve never watched a meltdown of an entire country before except of course for Soviet Russia, East Germany and the Wall, the end of Apartheid in SA - so I guess I could see how the Israelis would have missed all that as well and would be very complacent with the pap coming from Haaretz and JPost.
