No Livni has no coalition. She royally antagonized Shas and Lieberman won`t join a coalition with Kadima without Likud, but such a coalition if at all possible, would be led by Netanyahu and not Livni. Netanyahu can still self-destruct, but unless he does he will be the next PM.
