One would have expected it to have done so prior to expending cost on massing police forces at the town. It didn`t need too much imagination to foresee that Mr. Marzel`s visit would a) "disturb the peace", and b) stop the citizens of Umm El-Fahm from exercising their democratic right to vote - at least at the polling station to which he was assigned.
One can understand Marzel`s need to roam. The citizens of the town in which he resides aren`t allowed to vote in our elections, so he couldn`t cause more trouble there than he usually does. |
