The pope has expressed himself several times very clearly, and again this time he demonstrated humility in following Merkel`s advice, by speaking once more under circumstances that could be interpreted as the pope being forced into this by an external body.
I am sorry that despite all these efforts, people keep misunderstanding the true nature of this pope, who is a fine theologian and not a politician. I guess we all have become too accustomed to the ways and languages of politics to be able to understand other languages. |
