Only force keeping Fatah presence alive and preventing WB from turning into another Gaza overran by Hamas is Israeli army. Solutions: Gaza: With or - if necessary - without Hamas, to be turned into Singapore/Dubai-like Arab state to serve as an industrial/logistics hub on Eastern Mediterranean. - WB: In light of more complex geopolitics, parts of WB linked with Jordan; safeguarding security and settlements for Israel, demographics for Arabs, holy sites for both. Any other track, including 2-state proposal, serves 1974 Arab plan for staged dismantling of Israel, not peace and coexistence! |
