| People do not have to be guilty of war crimes in order to be tried for war crimes. This is what a trial is used for. There is more than enough evidence in Gaza to call for an investigation. If Israel does not cooperate, which is the usual case, then the nation shuold be found guilty of war crimes and sanctions imposed. This is how it starts. If justice is too difficult for the international community to pursue, then never let them call for justice in their turm. |
