The US taxpayer is right to be aggrieved and there is something that he can do about it.
The Egyptian Government is obliged by Article III,para2 of the Israel-Egypt Peace Treaty to prevent terrorism on Israel emanating from Egypt,yet it has not prevented Hamas arms smuggling.The US government has guaranteed the Peace Treaty to Israel even to the point of applying ALL sanctions on Egypt if it fails to comply,including economic sanctions.
This US taxpayer should be in touch with his Representatives to demand that they take up this serious matter with the Egyptian Government,as they are obliged to do,and take action.
