| I would say all that counts is the (IDF) choice of target.... ....not to say that Hamas is totally without guilt either, if they really fired from the vicinity of the building. But the first responsibility for the deaths remains definitely with the Israeli defense forces.... ....because they must have been clearly aware of the fact, that those civilians were close to the building, when they fired their shells. |
