| Burston, you are correct about what you say. All we have to do is substitute Israeli for Palestinian or German for Israeli. We are all human beings, and we like to think we are better each other and just play the blame game. In truth, we are guilty, on both sides, of the violence, but some people are just too intoxicated with their ideologies which have poisoned their minds. As corny as it sounds, our hearts and spirits speak the real truth, not our minds which are consumed by larger egos where we think we know who we are and we are fulfilled by states, statemen, leaders, politicial parties. They are all illusions and tools for us to kill one another, but peace can be achieved. |
