Talkback

You`re obviously a humane and intelligent man struggling with his conscience, but why don`t you just come out and say it `Israel has no right to be holding the Palestinians hostage.` The Occupation of the West Bank began as a probably accidental side-effect of the 1967 war. Nobody really blamed Israel for taking the land and holding onto it for a while as a bargaining chip. But that was OVER 40 YEARS ago. Most people would probably even have accepted it if Israel had annexed the West Bank and given the Pals Israeli citizenship. But Israel wanted the land, not the people who`d lived on it for hundreds of years. So for over 40 years, Israel has held the Pals hostage, till Israel is offered a peace deal it likes, and in the meantime it has stolen land and settled Israeli citizens on it, while firmly preventing the Pals from having an Israeli vote. That`s wrong, wrong, wrong Bradley. All the clever arguments in the world can`t make it right. So why not just come out and say it loudly?
