| Well you may well be right, maybe I don`t understand Mr. Levy. But I`ve certainly read many of his articles. And I can`t really see how the world can only persecute (I mean prosecute), only one nation in the world for war crimes, without prosecuting the others. I believe Mr. Levy is decrying Israeli jursists for ignoring what he sees as the criminal activity of the IDF. While what I`m saying is that tragedy happens in war. And the inadvertend deaths that are caused by Urban Conflict due to a government using their own people as human shields is a crime by that government, not the one trying to protect its own civlians.
