I see that the questions asked included whether or not the Arabs were an absolute majority of the Land of Israel in the late 1800`s. Did it also include the question on which people formed the absolute majority of the Old City of Jerusalem in the late 1800`s? (The Jews)

In discussing what percentage of the Land of Israel would go to the Jews and which to the Arabs in the UN partition plan of 1947 - did it count all of Mandatory Palestine of the earlier League of Nations plan - which would include Transjordan, and note that a good portion had already come under the rule of the Hashemite Kingdom?

Finally, when the Arabs rejected the plan of 1947 - 1948 - were they quibbling over the percentage of allotted areas ? Or was their rejection part of a continuous and total rejection of any partition which had begun more than 20 years earlier?
