| Encroachments on privately owned lands never go uncontested by owners. Israel has land Courts and mthods, but no one is contesting the alleged encroachments or seizures. Israel has a St. of Limitations like all legal systems. Abandoned lands are not privately held land and if owners do not assert their rights, they loose any right to the lands. Israel has written land title histories going back prior to Roman times; this is a phony issue. Like the American Indians, Jews are not allowing the newcommers to seize open lands and are entitled to settle anywhere West of the hills east of the Jordan River and to take their 50% of the British Mandate lands. |
