This article by Uri Blau goes on and on and on ad nauseam, but never gets to the important thing which is: what percentage of the Israeli settlements are on state or Israeli-owned land [and are, therefore, legal under the right of re-establishment (IVth Geneva Convention, Art. 6)] and what percentage are on what is undisputedly Palestian-owned land (and are, therefore, illegal)?

How many of these settlements and settlers are in annexed and disputed East Jerusalem and how many are in occupied and disputed Judea and Samaria? If it were up to me, I`d relocate the Israeli settlements and outposts which are on the Palestinian side of the security barrier to the seam-zone area on the Israeli side of it and relocate any Palastinians in the seam-zone area to the evacuated Israeli settlements on the other side of the fence. Then, build like crazy and to hell with George Mitchell`s crazy ideas about "freezing" construction forever. Nature has a way of eventually growing right through concrete
