The Spanish judge Balthasar Garzon tried to get Pinochet extradicted from the UK to stand trial in Spain for human rights abuses.
The Spanish are consistent so this move can hardly be dismissed as anti-semitism by some of the previous posters.
Anyway its such a tired explanantion at this stage. If Israel sees fit to continue to kill hundreds of civilians, bomb universities and hospitals does it come as any surprise that people will be critical of such policies? |
