| ....it`s always important to be exactly: The Geneva conventions allow only the responding to fire from a civilian populated area, when the value of the target "justifies" the expec- ted civilian casualties. Now, most human beings with a conscience would probably agree, that 50 dead civilians are not a justifiable price for a rocket launcher or a 3 men Hamas unit.... |
