| There are very specific laws of war in the Torah that protect `innocent civilians`, and the IDF has generally followed these laws. I believe this is part of why stage 3 of Cast Lead was nopt fulfilled -- it would have caused too many civilian casualties. As Hamas `militants`wear `civvies` and work out of civilian buildings with human shields, it`s impossible to avoid civilian casualties. |
