if accept war crimes as being "legal", then is total blurring between legal and criminal.
for state as divided as Israel (please: here we all know) which already have very big problem with crime, including violent crime and crime which can be call `immoral`, and "Judiciary" which pretend murder is "legal", Israel on edge of becoming criminal entity.
to allow and encourage thing so bad as war crimes is to invite such behaviour in Israeli life (more than exist now).
non-Jews maybe not understand: Israel fear peace because without "enemy" to hate, attack, humiliate, Israelis will turn on each other. |
