| A weapon embargo against Hamas? Gazan may not yet be in the UN, but Art 51 makes sense. The US did not protect Gaza in those last days and there is a general consensus that Israels princess on a pea reaction to the Sderot rockets, the others came later as acts of war, Sderot was something else, ridiculous as an armed attack, was monstrous. Massacres are good for the so called right of self-determination to become something legal. Gaza is not Israel and no terra nullius anyway. |
