Obama single out Afghanistan as top priority and he ceratinly need Iran in his side or at least not with Taliban. Iran had bad relations with Taliban before the 2001 US+NATO invasion, even a little war between the two sides was
possible. Iran did help tacitly the US assault
as many Arab and Muslim countries, which put their Islamic idiology temorarily off.
Does Iran have any interest to help Obama now?
Not at all, because they fear the US may return against them as soon as they can and certainly not with Ahmadi Nejad. I trust that Iran has idiology and image to care about, They are far different than Arab regimes who are betraying their brothers in Gaza. |
