| Like Israel, India prefers to endure terror attacks rather than pursue a just political settlement in Kashmir. There is no global Islamic terror movement. Only a series of disconnected political conflicts wherein one party resorts to attacking civilians. There are plenty of cases of disaffected non-Muslims using violence against civilians to achieve political aims. Tamils in Sri Lanka come to mind. |
