Mr. Wilders, as Dutch PM, should respect the Trias Politica, like all Dutch citizens. The judicary decided for prosecution, so he will have to take his responsibility for his declarations and the judges will decide upon breaking the Dutch laws.
Mr. Wilders` freedom of speech should be within the bounderies of the law. Stigmatizing large groups of fairly integrating fellow Dutchmen on basis of a religion erodes another constitutional principles of freedom of religion and discrimination and could lead to chaos and mayhem seen in this and other parts of the world where religions are misused for political purposes.
Let`s have a judge ruling and respect that. |
