If you`re going to rely on so-called "prima facie evidence" from thousands of miles away in your cosy home in California for making such sweeping accusations and demands for war crimes inquiries, based on nothing but one-sided reports of military activity, then you have took a lot deeper - into the reasons the IDF took the action it did, the nature of the Hamas regime and atmosphere of hate, dread and fear under which Gazans live everyday and the motives of those reporting (and believing) the twisted accounts of so-called "over-reactions" and "atrocities".
