As I understand from your argument, that the land of Israel is supposed to go as far as Balfour`s Declaration (Given that Balfour is the representative of God on earth and if he says that Israel borders should reach China then it should be)
When the plan put into practice, the British gave the Jews in 1917 or so a small portion of Palestine to be their homeland and the Jews fought in 1948 for a greater portion. so it was cut into half, but rather doubled ten times.
their own religious brothers dont want them??why would you look at it that way? What if the Pals dont want to go there, rather they want to continuing living on their land in their own villages.. do they have the right to do so??
