Are the Belgian people going also to file a court petition to Arrest the Belgium Government & her Chocolate troops upon their partial responsibility for the Rwandan Genocide, when they have not considered saving Tutsis life during the unfolding Genocide? It is not as if they did not know what is going to happen after the troops took off with their empty trucks! It is not as if they don`t have a Historic responsibility for the tribal hatred between Hutus to the Tutsis, by literally making one tribe superior to the other!
