| FM Tzipi Livni has diplomatic immunity and cannot be legally arrested outside of Israel as long as she holds her office. Even when she retires from public service and could be arrested on foreign soil, the charge of war crimes has no merit and would be thrown out of court for lack of evidence with respect to a deliberate intent to commit any such thing. |
