| Mr Golen thank you for this well written piece. Indeed if one leaves out all the subjective measures of the success of the war, what really is left the blood and destruction inflected on the Palestinians, which left many Israelis very satisfied. The war leaves me sad sad and pained, but if Israelis got their fill of Palestinian blood and are now ready to make some peace, then at least we can say that something good came out of the war. But I feel the prospects of peace still looks very uncertain. |
