Waltz With Bashir is a beautiful movie, intense and full of creativity.
However, it portrays Palestinians as the eternal innocent victims. The events in Sabra and Chatila have had amazing media coverage.
How come that mass murders committed by Palestinians are almost totally unknown by the world ? For example, hardly anyone outside the middle east has ever heard of the Damour massacre, which is certainly as terrible as Sabra and Chatila.
In my opinion, the Sabra and Chatila killing became so notorious just because it served as a propaganda machine against Israel. |
