I think that it is proper that independent IMPARTIAL organizations probe possible Israeli breaches or war code regulations, although I am not sure how up-to-date international law is at coping with an army fighting a terrorist organization that ruthlessly uses/abuses its own civilian population as a strategy in which to cower from their enemy whilst attacking them at the same time.
When will the UN think about the importance of probing a number of very very serious alleged breaches in international law by Hammas? A short list: - The use of ambulances (including those demarcated UN) to ferry armed terrorists to and from combat sites. - Firing (for the last 7 years) missiles and mortar indiscriminately at Israeli population centers. - Firing at Israel from densely populated regions within Gaza, from within schools, kindergartens and residences. - Using civilians as human shields directly. - Storing arms in Mosques and other civilian centers. - No red cross access to Gilead Shalit. |
