| I have a friend who used to work in the "investigations" office for the IDF. He said the system in place there was done in such a way as to avoid accountability for anything. He described stacks and stacks of accusations that if they even reached the desk of an investigator, sat on their desk for such a period of time that the people responsible were already out of the army system. |
