Do yourself a favour and READ International Law. The Fourth Geneva Convention, Article 28 says "The presence of a protected person may not be used to render certain points or areas immune from military operations." SO notwithstanding anything you say, the fact is civilians are not protected when a terrorist organization uses residential areas to launch attacks.
So as long as there was a military target, (which there was), accusations of disproportionality or excessive force is meaningless.
So BS, unless you can prove that Israel targeted those 42 people there is no war crime. Now go accuse Hamas of blatant and provable war crimes. |
