I doubt that the Israeli`s would be scared of the investigation as they are working with the IAEA regarding the (Korean supplied) Syrian reactor.
The problem is the Slander: Israel is accused of massacre`s in Jenin (see #8 above), war crimes in Lebanon, now in Gaza and a whole list of others which make front page news all over the world.
But when these are proven (later) to be untrue / false they are retracted but on the very back page and in small print.
If the media was to do this (Slander) to you personally, then you would sue them, but Israel as a state does not have this "Luxury".
In summary every pro Palestinian organization is currently "crying wolf" as much as possible since this is good propoganda for their side. And as you can see the pro Israeli`s are doing the same.
PS - I totally agree with #1 that there would be no logical military reason to use Depleted Uranium Shells since they would have no advantage over regular shells.
