Hamas deliberately firing from next to an appartement is deliberately seeking return fire and making it into legitimate target.
Hamas are docummented as having fired from amongst their civillians at Israeli civillians many times over this is totally consistent.
"Force does not work".Did you tell Hamas while they fired 10000 missiles at Israeli civillians and attacked food and fuel distribution points destined for Gaza.?
