| If it were any other country, or state, or entity that would idiscriminately shoot rockets into a sovereign country thus endangering the population, then the country on the receiving end of those rockets would have the right to defend itself to the max. In my opinion, Israel`s response was justified. Hamas, proxy of Iran, is still determined to prevent peace-loving Palestinians from living peaceably with their neighbors in the region. If their intention is to continue the rocket attacks, then so be it. If their intention is to rebuild Gaza and start focusing on meeting the needs of their citizens, then so be it. Hopefully, the needs of their citizens will finally take precedence to leaderships` selfish political goals in the region. |
