| Hamas is not an alien entity in Gaza. Hamas is Gaza and Gaza is oppressed by Israel. Gaza can do nothing but resist. The brutal use of high explosives can exact a dear price but can only stop it temporarily. BUT! The question is not, can Palestinians have a state and live in peace along side Israel? The question is can the Jewish state achieve legitimacy that is not dependent on bullets and bombs and live in peace alongside the Palestinians? |
